BIOGRAPHY

Ann-Marie is a Senior Lecturer in the Initial Teacher Education (ITE) department within the School of Education. She is also a member of the Mentor Development Team and Mentoring and Coaching in Education (MACIE) Research Group. She is a specialist in music education.

Ann-Marie has over 15 years experience working in education. Her work has been primarily focused on music teaching and learning at secondary school level; she also has experience in primary and early years education, including leading Forest School provision. Ann-Marie is passionate about wanting all children to enjoy to a rich, inspiring education and in her belief that school teachers must be well-supported to facilitate this.
