BIOGRAPHY

Dr Anthony David Cliffe is a Senior Academic Skills Adviser and Project Developer at the University in the Academic Skills Team. Anthony has a BSc (Hons) in Geography, an MSc in Sustainability for Community and Business and a PhD titled "A Study of the role of an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) in creating an enhanced virtual field guide (EVFG) in Geoscience fieldwork". Anthony has worked for numerous years as a researcher in different fields from Gender in the REF, Carbon Offsetting of Airport and Aircraft, mobile technologies in the field, UAV/Drone mapping and useability, Students as Partners and, the Impact of Covid lockdowns on Green Recovery. Anthony has previously held the position of Editor of the International Journal for Students as Partners, Chair of Ethics, Assessment Officer and Senior Lecturer.
