BIOGRAPHY

Dr Bradley J. Kennedy is a Lecturer in Psychology at the University of Chester. His work is situated within an Open Research framework, with a focus on improving transparency, reproducibility, and research culture within psychological science. Bradley’s research primarily examines social cognition using quantitative and experimental methods, with a particular emphasis on how individuals make judgements about intention and responsibility. He has experience working across interdisciplinary contexts, including cognitive, social, and forensic psychology, and contributes to collaborative research initiatives both nationally and internationally.

 

Bradley is a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol) and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS), as well as an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA). He has been actively involved in academic service, including roles on ethics committees and postgraduate research support groups, and is committed to fostering supportive and inclusive research and teaching environments.
