BIOGRAPHY

Christina works in a team within the University of Chester Research and Innovation Office, supporting the University’s vision relating to the development of its research staff and facilitating research culture change to ensure research integrity, research ethics and good governance principles are at the core of all research conducted at Chester.

Christina supports researchers working within the NHS and Health and Social Care in order to obtain institutional sponsorship for their projects. She provides advice and guidance for researchers completing IRAS applications; helping them to gather and complete any required supporting documentation for their application, as well as proof-reading applications for accuracy and quality.

Alongside colleagues, Christina maintains the Research Governance Handbook and other guidance documents, regularly updating these to reflect any relevant changes in standards, guidelines, law and best practice.
