BIOGRAPHY

Dr Daryn Egan-SImon is a Senior Lecturer in Education at the University of Chester. Daryn is the subject Lead for the PGCE History course and teaches on a range of undergraduate and postgraduate modules in primary and secondary education. Before moving to Higher Education in 2016, Daryn spent over ten years in secondary education teaching a range of subjects including history, politics and citizenship education in both English and Welsh schools. Daryn is also the co-founder of the grassroots CPD movement, BrewEd.
