Emma is the departmental maths coordinator and teaches on the different maths modules across the different foundation routes. She has overall responsibility for the management, curriculum and assessment of all of the maths modules taught in the department.

Emma is also Personal Academic Tutor, providing guidance and pastoral support to foundation year students as required. Having studied at University both straight after A’ levels and again as a mature student, Emma appreciates the challenges that different students can face and hopes to be able to use her experience to effectively support others.
