As a passionate educator and experienced designer, Jen brings a wealth of industry experience from the apparel and fashion sectors to the University of Chester. She has a background that includes hands-on work in trend analysis, apparel design, brand awareness and the creative use of textiles such as wovens, jersey, and yarns.

Her academic journey, with a Bachelor's in Fashion Design and Technology and an MRes focused on 3D design in pre-production, has fuelled a commitment to blending traditional design principles with cutting-edge technology. Jen is dedicated to inspiring the next generation of designers by sharing real-world experiences and fostering a creative, research-driven learning environment. Her research focuses on innovative processes aiming towards a zero-waste output for the sustainable future of fashion.
