Strategic Leadership and Innovation: Led the Digital Solutions Priority One Research and Development programme, securing £3.1m in funding and supporting SMEs in digital transformation. Directed both the Health Matters Economic Development programme, aiding SMEs in entering the health and social care market. Led National Network of Health Education Commissioners across the UK inform development
Project and Program Management: Project Director for multiple high-value initiatives, including the West Mercia Rural 5G trial and testbed and a prescribing training program that genterated £370 of income. Expertise in managing complex budgets and coordinating with national and international partners. Role of Knowledge Echange to enhance educational experiences.
Evaluation and Research: Spearheaded evaluation studies for health use cases in rural connectivity trials and contributed to significant reports and awards.
