Lauren has a particular interest in teaching evidence based cognitive behavioural therapy protocols. She trains therapists in core intervention skills including working with negative automatic thoughts and behavioural experiments.  She delivers interactive workshops training CBT therapists to deliver NICE recommended therapies for depression,  panic disorder, PTSD, body dysmorphic disorder and social anxiety disorder. Lauren also delivers workshops on safety assessment and management, professional codes and ethics, working with older adults and clinical supervision skills.
