BIOGRAPHY

As Knowledge Exchange Manager at Chester Business School, Louise Goodman provides innovation support to external businesses. Louise is currently managing the Cheshire West & Chester UK Shared Prosperity Innovation Programme which includes business diagnostics, grant funding assistance for business innovation, facilitation of knowledge exchange with academics, connecting businesses to student talent and compiling business innovation case studies. Louise is also a regular workshop host and guest lecturer at Chester Business School. delivering business development events aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Louise has over 30 years’ experience delivering sustainable business and infrastructure design solutions with a wide range of private, public and third sector organisations through action-led Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Strategic Regeneration Programmes and Environmental Social & Health Impact Assessments (ESHIA). I am experienced in operating at both senior management level, and as component part of highly specialised multi-disciplinary teams.

Louise has a successful track record in securing and managing grant funding, including business development grants and significant strategic investment programmes supported by private investment & international structural funds.

Louise is experienced in developing multi-disciplinary projects, identifying key strategic issues & prioritising resources accordingly. Louise has strong analytical skills and considerable audit, compliance monitoring & reporting experience.
