Having spent several years as a Deputy Head in the School of Psychology, Mandy has returned to her role as Senior Lecturer. She has a particular interest in working collaboratively with students in partnership. She is keen to help students reach their full potential thus allowing them to make the most of their university experience and gain skills and confidence to achieve their career ambitions.

Mandy is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, an award winning teacher of Psychology, and a Chartered Psychologist who specialises in Developmental Psychology. Her research interests focus on the development of self, culture, infancy, and parenting.
