BIOGRAPHY

Nkosi holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Higher Education, a first degree in Information Systems, an MBA, an MSc in Computer Science, and a PhD in Computer Science. He is also a CISCO CCNA-R&S and AWS Cloud Practitioner Academy Instructor. Additionally, he is an accredited trainer, assessor, and moderator with the Botswana Qualifications Authority. His research interests have evolved from studying the digital divide to exploring identity management within the anything-as-a-service model. Currently, he focuses on Data Science, specializing in feature engineering, analytics, and machine learning within the data science ecosystem
