BIOGRAPHY

Dr Nancy Evans is a Lecturer and Course Leader for Sociology at the University of Chester. Responsibilities within this role include the oversight and coordination of the course, assessments, marketing activities, ongoing curriculum development, communication with the course team and other courses, and supporting and engaging with students to continually improve experiences and outcomes. 

Alongside her teaching, research and course leadership responsibilities, Nancy is a member of the Department of Social and Political Science's Research Ethics Committee. Additionally, Nancy has successfully completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education (PGCLTHE) and Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA).
