Paul is a Senior Lecturer in Management. Prior to this post, Paul has worked in higher education since 2008 in a range of roles across several different universities. Before his career in education, Paul spent several years working for a number of organisations across both the public and private sectors. Paul holds both a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and a Master's Degree in Business and Commercial Law, as well as a PGCE in Business Education. Additionally, Paul holds a Professional Doctorate which was completed through the use of Activity Theory as a tool for examining the professional socialisation of former industry practitioners entering academia to start employment.
