Piper is a PhD student in the Business School.

The PhD is focused on exploring how events organisers within the niche section of LARP (Live Action Role Play) plans and produces their events. 

Piper is also an avid researcher in events and LARP related topics, and is currently writing her first printed academic publication with Routledge, around roleplaying events and tourism.
