BIOGRAPHY
Ralph joined the University of Chester in 2015, following a 20-year career in games development spanning 30+ commercial releases, most notably the critical acclaimed LEGO series. As a senior lecturer and programme leader for the BSc Games Development course, he has helped students graduate into their own games careers, and been recognised in both the Students' Union and staff awards for his contribution over those years.
From 2021 through 2024 he took up a secondment in the role of Deputy Head of Computer Science, and is active in the management of the faculty's learning, teaching and assessment provision, alongside student experience, voice and satisfaction.
