BIOGRAPHY

Course Lead for BSc Midwifery.

Senior Midwifery Lecturer within the Faculty of Health, Medicine, and Society

Rachell Heath joined the University of Chester in 2021, and prior to this worked as a clinical midwife. She was part of a bereavement team which involved providing care to families during the intrapartum period who experienced a perinatal loss. In addition, she worked as an IT midwife alongside her clinical role which enabled her to gain a greater understanding of the NHS Digital Transformation programme.
