BIOGRAPHY
In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Suja is joint programme lead for the Foundation Nursing pathway for Warrington and Chester. She is also a personal academic tutor to foundation year students. By providing pastoral support for a range of issues, Suja aims to empower students to overcome challenges that they may face.
Suja entered university directly from school and then returned as a mature student to complete her teaching qualification. From this she has developed a particular interest in the barriers faced by students of all backgrounds, and bases her teaching practice on minimising obstacles in science education.
