Wayne has 25 years clinical experience in a variety of areas, ranging from Early Intervention in Psychosis, to homelessness services and substance misuse detox and community provisions.

He is qualified in family interventions and psychological therapies with patients who experience psychosis.

Wayne also lectures at the University of Chester on the mental health nursing programmes.
