Dr Otuore joined the University of Chester in 2026 and teaches across areas including Human Resource Management, Leadership, and Management.

She has experience supporting undergraduate and postgraduate students in developing academic writing, research, and critical thinking skills. Her teaching approach emphasises the connection between theory and practice through experiential learning, case studies, and reflective discussion. Alongside her teaching, she has experience in career coaching, supporting students and graduates in developing employability skills, career direction, and academic confidence. She is an Associate Fellow of Advance HE and is committed to inclusive, research-informed teaching that supports diverse learners in preparing for professional careers.
