BIOGRAPHY
I am a molecular cell biologist, Lecturer in Biotechnology, and the Module Leader for Emerging Molecular Therapies in Medicine. My research investigates the complex molecular mechanisms governing cancer cell migration, metastasis, and tumor-immune interactions. Specifically, my work explores how membrane signaling coordinates cytoskeletal dynamics, extracellular vesicle (EV) biogenesis, and chemokine communication within the tumor microenvironment. To decode these cellular behaviors, my research integrates CRISPR-Cas9 genome engineering and advanced super-resolution microscopy with a robust suite of assays, including transwell migration, mass spectrometry, multiplex cytokine profiling, and quantitative image analysis.
